My 16 year old grandson is literally tearing me apart.he has autism and adhd, he’s in a pupil referral school for anger issues and has been there over a year, he’s got no friends and is not liked and has been bullied throughout his life. I am the one who gets the brunt of him,it’s constant meltdowns, constant in my face, exclusions from school,,yes exclusions from a reformed school.i get no help, it took years to get the adhd diagnosis and two years ago the autism diagnosis which i had been trying for a diagnosis for years .
I've been on my own for over 12 years and he’s been living with me for 9 years since his mother died,I moan to Camhs but I only see them twice a year now ,the school think he’s great but they would do compared to the other kids who I’ve witnessed there.
im literally on the edge of despair
