Hi, how can we get our 8 yr old to settle at night. It’s 10:30-11pm before he goes sleep. We’ve tried everything. No screen time before bed, reading, lying with him. It’s causing a lot of stress for the whole family. My partner and I both work shifts. My partner doing permanent nights and myself working either long days or nights. He does have emotional and anger issues which have got worse as he’s got older. The school had started some emotional work with him before we went into lockdown. And he has been referred to CAMHS for an assessment.
